Sometimes your message gets lost in your message. With the ever-increasing media market, it's easy for customers and clients to get lost in all the advertising. Even the best ads may get ignored simply because it's an ad. But as Forbes.com explains, there's a form of advertising that never grows tiresome: customer service. Matt Mickiewicz of the Young Entrepreneur Council gives three golden rules for business' customer service. First, make long-term reputation the main goal. Second, make your top customers feel special. Finally, make yourself available. "Treat yours customers as if they were newspapers reporters," Mickiewicz says, "this is the new mantra for savvy companies of all sizes."
