It varies from client to client, but our team’s goal is to get you on to your regular accounting team as soon as possible. For most clients this is between 45-60 days. Some factors that could extend this are: the current status of your books, timely communication between our team and yours, planned opening dates of a new business.
Following our first call, depending on the type of accounting system you are currently using, you will be asked to invite us as an accountant user or provide login information for QBO conversion needs.
Two Roads Teams consist of an Accounting Coordinator, a Bookkeeper, and a Team Lead. The Accounting Coordinator is the main point of contact, Bookkeeper maintains weekly tasks, and Team lead is responsible for making sure the client is receiving the level of service expected and all deliverables are delivered.
