After a successful first year, we decided to give back to the community by providing 6 months of free CFO and Bookkeeping services to a start-up company in East Tennessee. We are excited to announce the winner, Carolyn Neil of Elder Advocates.
Neil is a Registered Nurse (RN) and Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) with 28 years of experience in leading health care teams and organizations. She is passionate about quality of care for patients and quality of life for employees.
Neil founded Elder Advocates to guide elders and their families/caregivers through the most difficult stages of life and help them successfully navigate our complex health care system. The company connects families to appropriate elder care resources and eases the burden of care for families of aging loved ones.
Although we were faced with choosing among many different companies, Neil and her team rose to the top. Adam Slack, President of Two Roads, discussed that, “there is a great need in the community for what Carolyn Neil provides and we hope to be a part of her success.”
Elder Advocates believes it can maximize its growth opportunity by working with the staff of Two Roads, who bring up to date technology as well as financial and business expertise to the partnership. Elder Advocates is appreciative of this gift of free service but looks forward to a long-term partnership.
